Add createDerivedObjectsRecursively() which traverses the object tree using direct recursion and calls the virtual createDerivedObjects() on each node. Called between the two resolveReferencesRecursively() passes in RiaApplication, allowing objects to create child objects based on already-resolved ptr fields. The second resolve pass then handles references in the newly created children.
