- restructured according to issue
- but issue indicate export of K-layer only despite RimGridCaseSurface
did support I/ slices, too?
- if so, test and possibly extend RimGridCaseSurface methods
extractDataFromGrid() and getStructGridIndex()
- need to check whether all offsets are taken care of
