* Update QMinimizePanel to use standard Qt expand/collapse icons Replaced custom expand/collapse icons with standard Qt style icons for better platform consistency. Improved title bar layout by increasing right margin, vertically centering the title label, and updating the collapse button styling for a cleaner appearance and subtle hover effect.
