Magne Sjaastad d9bc429a6b Adds script to copy Eclipse iteration files ...

Adds a new script to copy SMSPEC and UNSMRY files between iterations in an Eclipse ensemble.

The script iterates through all realizations, finds the relevant files in the source iteration, and copies them to the destination iteration.  It includes options for dry runs and verbose logging.
