3ad7771306 EclipseState Unit Test: Don't Leak Memory 
The construction

    Parser parser(new Parser{})

effectively ends up calling the constructor

    Parser::Parser(bool)

which, besides leaking memory, is typically not what we want.

Deckkeyword constr w/ records also takes unit_systems.
