Steinar Foss 6865278ac5 pyhon DeckKeyword: New constructor takes parserkeyword and list of records.
python Deckkeyword: can init with empty records.

python Deckkeyword: can record simple records, but not defaults.

python deckvalue: can take defauløt values.
