fixed: building co2 flash simulators with quad math

- HAVE_QUAD is not a config variable, it should only
  be set on targets that wants to use quad (by linking to
  QuadMath::QuadMath)
- the parallelbicgstabbackend is broken. however, the amg backend
  works fine for these simulators now.
- we only build the simulators. runtime is 5+ minutes
  per simulator.
