1c203cd504 Use new function FixedSize for DataHandles with DUNE 2.8. 
The lower case version is deprecated now and will be removed.

7fb622bba6 Fixes usage of firstmatrixelement with DUNE 2.8 
The function name is now CamelCase and the old
naming scheme is deprecated. Hence we use the new naming
for 2.8
There was also a compilation problem due to header inclusion
order for that function. The compiler did not find our version
the correct version. With this change compilation succeeds again.

40bae8ba9e remove assignment-operator from class 
if an assignment-operator is defined, implicitly
definition of cc is deprecated. there is no reason
we have to override the parent assignment operator,
so simply remove both of them.

quells a clang warning

e04f5844ca Disable property macros. 
Still available by manually overriding OPM_ENABLE_OLD_PROPERTY_MACROS,
but not by default. This change has been communicated for a long time.
