9bf55a0c6c Let ctest test 3_A_MPI_MULTFLT_SCHED_MODEL2 in parallel. 
This would have detected OPM/opm-common#2922 as the test fails
with master.
Needs OPM/opm-common#2923 to succeed.

c6d2fc85ef added: option to add a restart run to a regression test 
this restarts the simulation at a specified step.
it then compares the results from this run to a separate,
existing regression data set.

We add one sequential and one parallel restart test for each aquifer
test model currently in the repository.

08c7ae44ac added: 'update_data' custom target 
this allows updating opm-tests reference data repository
with the current results.

this is useful for devs as some of the tests only pass on the
CI system due to slight differences. you can now run this
before applying changes, and thus only reveal real regressions
introduced by your changes.

5ecc6b8166 Add Support for 'DIR' Parameter in Restart Test Macro 
This commit adds support for setting a non-default case directory
in the

    add_test_compare_restarted_simulation
    add_test_compare_parallel_restarted_simulation

wrapper functions.  This, in turn, is helpful when creating
restarted cases for the aquifer models.
