Bård Skaflestad 5a0ffa5b31 Relax Upper Bound Check for Mobile Displacing Oil 
This commit switches from a strict inequality for the upper bound on
the mobile displacing oil saturation in the three-point scaling
method to allowing equality as well.  Some recent experience
demonstrates that equality is okay in this case.

Atgeirr Flø Rasmussen 86086b92d0 Take root argument for broadcast() via special type. 
Helps avoiding accidentally mixing up parameters, for example when
broadcasting an int.

Also fix some minor warning/namespace issues.

Bård Skaflestad 3bcb7b06ee Chase Schedule Constructor API Update 
The Schedule object's constructor now needs a NumericalAquifers
container object in order to extract appropriate property values for
well connections in numerical aquifer cells.  Pass a default
constructed object here to signify no numerical aquifers in the
test.
