b102103e26 changed: make MultisegmentWellEquations data members private 
use a friend declaration for MultisegmentWellEquationAccess to
give the assembler access to the matrices/vectors.

this adds the cpr pressure matrix to a matrix.
this is the core of MultisegmentWell::addWellPressureEquations
use the new method in the implementation.
