7b880727b5 Declare Support for WPAVE/WBPn 
We emit a warning if the model uses connection flag 'ALL', but
continue the run.  This behaviour is still being debated and we
may decide to halt the run in this situation.

ff6a54ce7c Improve error message for input grid without any active cells. 
We now give a different (more explanatory) error if the input grid has
no active cells at all. Often this points to a user error and having a
more precise error message might help here.

9ca6034388 Remove EclStrictParsing, replace with ParsingStrictness. 
The new parameter takes the "high", "normal" (default), or "low" string.
Also implemented behaviour.

04d2b8f39d Make KeywordValidation::validateDeck() more flexible. 
Adding a bool argument 'treat_critical_as_noncritical' to possibly
reduce terminating errors to warnings.
