c3847e8325 simplify cmake code for tuning tests

9bf55a0c6c Let ctest test 3_A_MPI_MULTFLT_SCHED_MODEL2 in parallel. 
This would have detected OPM/opm-common#2922 as the test fails
with master.
Needs OPM/opm-common#2923 to succeed.
