Atgeirr Flø Rasmussen 85f79c0e84 Rename AutoDiff::ForwardBlock -> Opm::AutoDiffBlock.
Also moved AutoDiffHelpers.hpp content to Opm namespace, and modified other
files as required by these two changes.
