Tor Harald Sandve 01c782dbf3 Remove primalvariable_ and use hydroCarbonState instead
the hydrocarbonstate is stored in the reservoir state and
used instead of the primalvariable_
The initial hydrocarbonstate is computed using
initHydroCarbonState(...);
