Peter Burns 7241ec5855 Use case-map lib in a saner way. 
In this file currently you can refer to the function as: caseMap.dashToCamelCase, CaseMap.dashToCamelCase, or dashToCamelCase. Let's just do a standard import style here.

Alexander Marks d27b4a12fb Add a template setter to ElementMixin. 
Currently, to assign a template to a Polymer element, you need to
override the setter, or call Object.defineProperty.

This also allows users to simply assign the template onto their
constructor.

This is especially useful for TypeScript, which compiles "static
template = foo" to "MyClass.template = foo".

Make Polymer gestures library safe for Closure property renaming.

The issue here was that we were assuming that the method for a given
gesture would always match the string name of that gesture, e.g. that if
the gesture name was "mousedown" that we could call
gestureDefinition.mousedown. In actuality, gestureDefinition.mousedown
could be renamed by Closure, which would throw with "undefined is not a
function".

The fix is to move the GesturesRecognizer type into our externs, which
prevents those methods from being renamed.
