Bug 797739 - Tweak Transaction Report Column Defaults

Browse Source 
Tweaks to Transaction Report defaults:

* Account Name: false
* Full Account Name: false
* Other Account Name: true
* Amount: double

Also tweak test-transaction which assumed previous defaults.
