Phil Longstaff 97e4cf9eff Don't put quotes around address pieces. This stops an empty string from

David Hampton 4df0a6f37d Get QIF import working again. One bad function conversion when 
removing the Group structure.  Mostly scheme function calls with wrong
names, and some swigification issues.

David Hampton 97e65c9d74 Make sure the root account exists when the code asks for it. This 
works both for reading a new file and a user performing
File->New->New File.

David Hampton 04ecf9ba75 Initial removal of the engine Group.h, GroupP.h, and Group.c files. 
This completely removes the AccountGroup data structure.
