# Which Problems Are Solved
While updating our dependencies the protoc-gen-js library got out of
sync with the google-protobuf npm dependency. This caused problems with
certain grpc code relying on the old `reader.readPackedEnum`.

# How the Problems Are Solved

Updated protoc-gen-js to v4.0.2.

Increased the angular build size budget.
