- adds permalinks for posts
- does not create incorrect permalinks for private messages
- adds permalink normalizations for topics and posts

Gerhard Schlager 89add4a4a2 JsLocaleHelper should search for moment.js locale files 
moment.js uses a different naming conventions for locale files.
E.g. "zh-zn" instead of "zh_ZN" and "nb" instead of "nb_NO"

This change allows us to use the locale files without renaming which
makes future upgrades of moment.js a lot easier.

- Ruby doesn't support the $2y$ prefix used for bcrypt Blowfish hashes.
- The importer ignored users that didn't have optional profile fields.

Debugger in RubyMine doesn't work well with byebug.
For example, debugging Sidekiq jobs doesn't work when byebug is loaded.

Gerhard Schlager d2d823186c Add support for YAML aliases to pull_translations script 
The English locale files use aliases and anchors in order to prevent
duplicate translations. Transifex doesn't support them.
The script finds those aliases and anchors in the original locale files
and adds them to the locale files pulled from Transifex.

Gerhard Schlager 3dd9dbf757 Remove hard-coded fallback to English locale 
In production mode the English locale is always used as fallback.
In development mode there is currently no fallback, so the English
locale isn't loaded and the second call to I18n.l() fails too.
