If a user amended edit_time_limit keep the behavior as is, instead of introducing a potentially tighter time for tl2 edit time than what they had set in the past.
* FEATURE: Add tl2 threshold for editing new posts
* Adds a new setting and for tl2 editing posts (30 days same as old value)
* Sets the tl0/tl1 editing period as 1 day

* Use update_columns to avoid callbacks on user during tests
this removes the space between the query string and the URL

The timeout value seems to work fine.
I'm writing acceptance tests against the user fixture in my plugin. It would be a good idea to use a generic email address as I'd like to respect eviltrout's privacy :)
