This adds rubocop-rspec, and enables some cops that were either already passing or are passing now, after fixing them in this commit.
Some new cops are disabled for now, with annotation: "TODO" or "To be decided". Those either need to be discussed first, or require manual changes, or the number of found and fixed offenses is too large to bundle them up in a single PR.
Includes:
* DEV: Update rubocop's `TargetRubyVersion` to 2.6
* DEV: Enable RSpec/VoidExpect
* DEV: Enable RSpec/SharedContext
* DEV: Enable RSpec/EmptyExampleGroup (Removed an obsolete empty spec file)
* DEV: Enable RSpec/ItBehavesLike
* DEV: Remove RSpec/ScatteredLet (It's too strict, as it doesn't recognize fab! as a let-like)
* DEV: Remove RSpec/MultipleExpectations
Even though `type` is an alias for `method`, we have custom logic in `/discourse/lib/ajax` that checks only `type`, and ~200 other ajax calls in the codebase already use `type` param.
This set of tests cleared the emoji store *before* each test, while the other set - *after*. So if these were run first, they would break a single test from the other set.
* DEV: Replace User.unstage and User#unstage API with User#unstage!
Quoting @SamSaffron:
> User.unstage mixes concerns of both unstaging users and updating params which is fragile/surprising.
> u.unstage destroys notifications and raises a user_unstaged event prior to the user becoming unstaged and the user object being saved.
User#unstage! no longer updates user attributes and saves the object before triggering the `user_unstaged` event.
* Update one more spec
* Assign attributes after unstaging
PostMover passes to PostCreator a `created_at` that is a `ActiveSupport::WithTimeZone` instance (and also `is_a? Time`). Previously it was always being passed through `Time.zone.parse` so it would lose sub-second information. Now, it takes `Time` input as-is, while still parsing other types.
Posts without a user probably shouldn't happen unless there was some direct database tampering, but data like that has been seen in the wild.
The importer will assign those posts to the "system" user.
This change both improves readability and fixes potential race-condition issues where promises were nested instead of being chained.
Also includes:
* Use arrow functions and Promise shorthands
* Remove the obsolete `asyncTestDiscourse` helper
* DEV: Use Ember 3.12.2
* Add Ember version to ThemeField's DEPENDENT_CONSTANTS
* DEV: Use `id` instead of `elementId` (See: https://github.com/emberjs/ember.js/issues/18147)
* FIX: Don't leak event listeners (bug introduced in 999e2ff)
Previously it would go to the "html" page when refreshing on the "css" page, and would open an invalid empty-state page when trying to go to the "email style" tab when already on it.
This also enables`@action` use in plugin connectors.
Setting `actions` earlier allows `setupComponents` to use them, for example, when setting up event listeners.
Those are the same arguments that are passed into `after-d-editor` outlet. This will enable plugins that attach to editor preview to be conditionally enabled, usually only for the composer.
Plugins that will use this: discourse-canned-responses, discourse-zoom.
When we change upload's sha1 (e.g. when resizing images) it won't match the data in the most recent S3 inventory index. With this change the uploads that have been updated since the inventory has been generated are ignored.
With this change the script:
* Actually removes original large-sized images
* Doesn't save processed files if their size has increased
* Prevents inconsistent state
A race condition issue is possible when multiple thread/processes are calling this method.
`ls` prints out to stderr "cannot access '...': No such file or directory" if any of the files it's currently trying to list are being removed by the `xargs rm -rf` in an another process. That doesn't affect the result, but it did raise an error before this change.
Tested on a production instance where the original issue was observed.

* DEV: Remove `.large-image` selector
This selector is no longer used in core and there's no reference to it in any of `all-the-plugins`.
* FIX: Adjust the broken image placeholder border
* DEV: Fix the function prototype observers deprecation
DEPRECATION: Function prototype extensions have been deprecated, please migrate from function(){}.observes('foo') to observer('foo', function() {}). [deprecation id: function-prototype-extensions.observes] See https://deprecations.emberjs.com/v3.x/#toc_function-prototype-extensions-observes for more details.
* DEV: Fix the function prototype event listeners deprecation
DEPRECATION: Function prototype extensions have been deprecated, please migrate from function(){}.on('foo') to on('foo', function() {}). [deprecation id: function-prototype-extensions.on] See https://deprecations.emberjs.com/v3.x/#toc_function-prototype-extensions-on for more details.
* DEV: Simplify `default as` imports

This breaking change was originally a deprecation fix for overriding a computed property `none`.
There are 4 uses of `rootNone` in core and "all-the-plugins":
1. in discourse-chat-integration, admin-plugins-chat-edit-rule.hbs - changed behavior, that I'd consider a fix - `rootNoneLabel` is now used regardless of `siteSettings.allow_uncategorized_topics` value, which I believe was an originally intended behavior (i.e. it most likely hasn't been tested with disabled uncategorized topics)
2. in discourse-slack-official, plugins-slack.hbs - the same as 1.
3. in core, edit-category-general.hbs (in this PR) - no change in behavior
4. in discourse-googlebooks, edit-category-general.hbs - no change in behavior (since `allowUncategorized="true"` is also passed as an argument)
Plugins like https://github.com/discourse/discourse-calendar add extra HTML (e.g. icons) to user/group mentions. Clicking on those extra elements used to only flash a blank card. Now, the card opens properly.
Fixes an issue where updates to the first post in a topic would be visible only for staff.
Before, because the empty tag would find its way to `PostRevisor`, `TopicsController#update` would create a hidden revision, and later `PostsController#update` would only update that revision.
After this change, `TopicsController` doesn't create a revision at all (unless necessary), so `PostsController` can create it (and correctly decide whether the revision should be hidden or not).
`available_disk_space` calls `df` which exits with an error if the `uploads` path doesn't exist. That's often the case when the `Discourse.store.external?` is true.
By doing the `external?` check first the `disable_if_low_on_disk_space` does less work and doesn't output any errors to the console.
This fixes the following issues:
* The link element on the lightbox which pops open the lightbox was linking to the S3 URL with a private ACL instead of the secure media URL for the image
* Change to use `@post.with_secure_media?` in `CookedPostProcessor` for URL cooking, as in some cases, like when a post is edited and an upload is added, `upload.secure?` can be false which resulted in `srcset` URLs not being cooked correctly to secure media upload urls.
* DEV: Provide radix 10 argument to parseInt
* DEV: Provide radix 16 argument to parseInt
* DEV: Remove unnecessary parseInt calls
* Fix year formatting
parseInt was used here to convert decimals to ints
* DEV: Add the actual "tag_groups/new" route
Allows refreshing the "new" page without an error.
* DEV: Prevent attempts to create group tags if tagging is disabled
* DEV: Refactor the tag-groups controller
Gets rid of `selectedItem`, `selected`, and `selectTagGroup` action.
* DEV: Rename tag-groups-show to tag-groups-edit
* DEV: Refactor tag-groups form
* Extracted the tag-groups-form that's used by tag-groups-new and tag-groups-edit
* The model is now a buffered property
* Serialization relies more heavily on RestAdapter now
* Data is sent as JSON
* Payload is now namespaced ("tag_group")

* DEV: Remove badge-select-controller
1. The `selectableUserBadges` computed property of `badge-title` was being incorrectly overwritten, which triggered computed-property.override deprecation.
2. The `badge-select-controller` mixin contained properties that were used either by `badge-title` component or `badges/show` controller, but none were being used by both. This change moves properties where they belong, and removes the mixin.

`suspend` isn't a User attribute, but was being assigned to the frontend User model as if it was. The model has a computed property that depends on `suspended_till`, so instead of overriding this property, it's better to return relevant attributes.
Fixes a computed-property.override deprecation (https://emberjs.com/deprecations/v3.x#toc_computed-property-override)
It was possible to add a category to more than one default group, e.g. "default categories muted" and "default categories watching first post".
The bug was caused by category validations inadvertently comparing strings and numbers.
Added on Aug 21, 2015 in bef80633b1
The only usage removed on Aug 26, 2015 in 4ba89eec27
As far I can tell it isn't used by core or any official plugins.
* FIX: Cast all numerical values in reports
The backend can return some numerical values in report as strings. That results in unexpected order of values when sorting report tables.
* Create `toNumber()` helper
The `typeof` and `parseFloat` seem to be the fastest path: https://jsperf.com/number-vs-typeof-vs-parsefloat#results
