Introduce NSS database /etc/ipa/nssdb
This is the new default NSS database for IPA. /etc/pki/nssdb is still maintained for backward compatibility. https://fedorahosted.org/freeipa/ticket/3259 Reviewed-By: Rob Crittenden <rcritten@redhat.com>
