Memberofindirect processing of an entry doesn't work if the user doesn't
have rights to any one of these attributes:
- member
- memberuser
- memberhost
Add all of these to any read permission that specifies any of them.
Add a check to makeaci that will enforce this for any future permissions.

This reduces typing (or copy/pasting), and draws a bit of attention
to any non-default privileges (currently 'any' or 'anonymous').
Leaving the bindtype out by mistake isn't dangerous: by default
a permission is not granted to anyone, since it is not included in
any priviliges.

The ACI.txt file is a list all managed permissions in ACI form.
Similarly to API.txt, it ensures that changes are not made lightly,
since modifications must be reflected in ACI.txt and committed to Git.
Add a script, makeaci, which parallels makeapi: it recreates or
validates ACI.txt.
Call makeaci --validate before the build, just after API.txt is validated.

This handles the case where IPA's default ACIs changed in something else
than just attribute lists.
In this case we can narrow the set of ACIs we think the user might be

Permission to read all tasks is given to high-level admins.
Managed permission for automember tasks is given to automember task admins.
"targetattr=*" is used because tasks are extensibleObject with
attributes that aren't in the schema.

An ACIError is now raised if:
- the user doesn't have permission to read any one of the ticket policy
attributes on the requested entry
(checked using attribute-level rights)
- any ticket policy attribute from the default policy is not available
(either not readable, or not there at all)
(only checked if these are accessed, i.e. when the user entry doesn't
override all of the defaults, or when requesting the global policy)

The UPG Definition is always present in IPA; if it can not be read
it's usually caused by insufficient privileges.
Previously the code assumed the absence of the entry meant that
UPG is disabled. With granular read permissions, this would mean
that users that can add users but can't read UPG Definition would
add users without UPG, and the reason for that would not be very clear.
It is better to fail early if the definition can't be read.
Raise an error if the UPG Definition is not available. This makes
read access to it a prerequisite for adding users.

dap2.find_entries modified the passed in attrs_list to remove
the virtual attributes memberindirect and memberofindirect
before passing the list to LDAP. This means that a call like
ldap2.get_entry(dn, attrs_list=some_framework_object.default_attributes)
would permanently remove the virtual attributes from
some_framework_object's definition.

When upgrading from an "old" IPA, or installing the first "new" replica,
we need to keep allowing anonymous access to many user attributes.
Add an optional 'fixup_function' to the managed permission templates,
and use it to set the bind rule type to 'anonymous' when installing
(or upgrading to) the first "new" master.
This assumes that the anonymous read ACI will be removed in a "new" IPA.

These attributes are removed from the blacklist, which means
high-level admins can now modify them:

- krbPwdPolicyReference
- krbTicketPolicyReference

- serverHostName
The intention is to only blacklist password attributes and attributes
that are managed by DS plugins.

One of the default_attributes of permission is memberofindirect,
a virtual attribute manufactured by ldap2, which is set when a permission
is part of a role.
When update_entry is called on an entry with memberofindirect,
ipaldap tries to add the attribute to LDAP and fails with an objectclass
violation.
Do not ask for memberindirect when retrieving the entry.

Unlike other objects, the ticket policy is stored in different
subtrees: global policy in cn=kerberos and per-user policy in
cn=users,cn=accounts.
Add two permissions, one for each location.
Also, modify tests so that adding new permissions in cn=users
doesn't cause failures.

All nsContainer objects, except ones in cn=etc, can now be read anonymously.
The allowed attributes are cn and objectclass.
These are the same in all IPA installations so they don't provide
any sensitive information.
Also, $SUFFIX itself can now be read anonymously.

The 'top' objectclass is added by DS if not present. On every
update the managed permission updater compared the object_class
list with the state from LDAP, saw that there's an extra 'top'
value, and tried deleting it.

The ":" character will be reserved for default permissions, so that
users cannot create a permission with a name that will later be
added as a default.
Allow the ":" character modifying/deleting permissions*, but not
when creating them. Also do not allow the new name to contain ":"
when renaming.

The test that searches with a limit of 1 assumes a specific order
LDAP returns entries in. Future patches will change this order.
Do not check the specific entry returned.
The test that searched for --bindtype assumed that no anonymous
permissions exist in a clean install. Again, this will be changed
in future patches.
Add a name to the bindtype test, and add a negatitive test to
verify the filtering works.

Add a new Param kwarg, deprecated_cli_aliases, that lists
deprecated aliases.
The aliases will appear in a "Deprecated options" in the help,
and otherwise act as the normal variant.

Previously, setting/deleting the "--type" virtual attribute removed
all (objectclass=...) target filters.
Change so that only the filter associated with --type is removed.
The same change applies to --memberof: only filters associated
with the option are removed when --memberof is (un-)set.

The --memberof logic tried to convert the value of a (memberof=...)
filter to a DN, which failed with filters like (memberof=*).

The --filter, --type, and --memberof options interact in a way that's
difficult to recreate in the UI: type and memberof are "views" on the
filter, they affect it and are affected by it
Add a "extratagretfilter" view that only contains the filters
not linked to type or memberof.
Show extra target filter, and not the full target filter, by default;
show both with --all, and full filter only with --raw.

In cases where logging was already configured by the time
API.bootstrap() was called, saving the argument parser was
mistakenly skipped along with the logging configuration.
