Christian Heimes cac0c2d951 Relax check for .git to support freeipa in submodules
Let's relax the check for .git from directory to exists in order to
support freeipa in a git submodule. Submodules have a .git file with
content like

    gitdir: ../.git/modules/freeipa

Christian Heimes d4916254e9 Use env var IPA_CONFDIR to get confdir
The environment variable IPA_CONFDIR overrides the default confdir path.
The value of the environment variable must be an absolute path to an existing
directory. The new variable makes it much simpler to use the 'ipa'
command and ipalib with a local configuration directory.

Some scripts (e.g. servers, installers, and upgrades) set the confdir
explicitly and do not support the env var.

Christian Heimes 1e6a204b43 Set explicit confdir option for global contexts
Some API contexts are used to modify global state (e.g. files in /etc
and /var). These contexts do not support confdir overrides. Initialize
the API with an explicit confdir argument to paths.ETC_IPA.

The special contexts are:

* backup
* cli_installer
* installer
* ipctl
* renew
* restore
* server
* updates

The patch also corrects the context of the ipa-httpd-kdcproxy script to
'server'.

pylint is having a hard time with distutils.version in tox's virtual
envs. virtualenv uses some tricks to provide a virtual distutils
package, pylint can't cope with.

https://github.com/PyCQA/pylint/issues/73 suggests to use pkg_resources
instead. pkg_resources' version parser has some more benefits, e.g. PEP
440 conformity. But pkg_resources.parse_version() is a heavy weight solution
with reduced functionality, e.g. no access to major version.

For API_VERSION and plugin version we can use a much simpler and faster
approach.

Christian Heimes 526bcea705 Don't ship install subpackages with wheels
The install subpackages of ipaclient, ipalib and ipapython contain
helper code for installers such as ipa-client-install. They also depend
on external modules that are not available on PyPI, e.g. SSSDConfig.
Since PyPI wheel packages do not support client installation, the
install subpackages contain dead and unsupported code.

The custom build_py plugin removes the subpackages from bdist_wheel
builds. It's not enough to just remove 'ipaclient.install' from the
'packages' list. Surplus files have to be removed from build/lib, too.

Christian Heimes 495da412f1 Provide Kerberos over HTTP (MS-KKDCP)
Add integration of python-kdcproxy into FreeIPA to support the MS
Kerberos KDC proxy protocol (MS-KKDCP), to allow KDC and KPASSWD
client requests over HTTP and HTTPS.

- freeipa-server now depends on python-kdcproxy >= 0.3. All kdcproxy
  dependencies are already satisfied.
- The service's state is configured in cn=KDC,cn=$FQDN,cn=masters,cn=ipa,
  cn=etc,$SUFFIX. It's enabled, when ipaConfigString=kdcProxyEnabled is
  present.
- The installers and update create a new Apache config file
  /etc/ipa/kdcproxy/ipa-kdc-proxy.conf that mounts a WSGI app on
  /KdcProxy. The app is run inside its own WSGI daemon group with
  a different uid and gid than the webui.
- A ExecStartPre script in httpd.service symlinks the config file to
  /etc/httpd/conf.d/ iff ipaConfigString=kdcProxyEnabled is present.
- The httpd.service also sets KDCPROXY_CONFIG=/etc/ipa/kdcproxy.conf,
  so that an existing config is not used. SetEnv from Apache config does
  not work here, because it doesn't set an OS env var.
- python-kdcproxy is configured to *not* use DNS SRV lookups. The
  location of KDC and KPASSWD servers are read from /etc/krb5.conf.
- The state of the service can be modified with two ldif files for
  ipa-ldap-updater. No CLI script is offered yet.
