The newer version of pylint has fixed false positives and
does not need anymore these suppressions:
- global-variable-not-assigned
- invalid-sequence-index
- no-name-in-module
- not-callable
- unsupported-assignment-operation

This had been hardcoded to debug=True but it spams the logs
with a lot of unnecessary information.
Allow it to be enabled for troubleshooting purposes but keep it
disabled by default.
Enabling debug would involve created /etc/ipa/dns.conf:
[global]
debug = True
I didn't add a more generic mechanism because for now we only need
the value of debug and it introduces a lot of type conversion
headaches. ipalib handles this automatically but to duplicate this
would be corner-case city.

In bind 9.17.2+ all dnssec utilities were moved to /usr/bin with
commit 4419606c9d2a52536a6dd0882ac0c7068ac27f30.
Since we only use those utilities in the specialized tool, do a fixup of
the paths in the tool.

When dnssec role is removed from the local node, the uninstaller
creates a new replica key and marks the older replica keys as disabled
(both in the local HSM and in LDAP).
If ipa-ods-exporter runs in the middle of this operation, the old replica
key may be disabled in the local HSM but not yet in LDAP and
ipa-ods-exporter believes that it is a new replica key that needs to be
imported from LDAP to local hsm. The op fails as there is already the key
in the local HSM.
The error can be ignored, ipa-ods-exporter simply needs to log a warning.

When a master key is missing from the local HSM, ipa-ods-exporter crashes.
This can happen when the DNSSEC master role is moved from one node to
another with the following scenario:
- install server1 with dns + dnssec
- install server2 without dns
- disable dnssec from server1
- install dns + dnssec on server2
With the above scenario, server2 never had the opportunity to get
the master key (this happens only when the replica is already
configured as DNS server and has put its public replica key in LDAP +
the current DNSSEC master wraps its master key with the replica key).
ipa-ods-exporter can only log an error instead of crashing.

Python code does detection of the system encoding based on the locale
settings. On RHEL 8.4 development images we somehow get LANG=en_US which
defaults to iso8859-1 _inside_ the systemd-started service, even though
the whole environment defaults to LANG=en_US.UTF-8.
When instrumented with ExecStartPre=/usr/bin/locale, the following
output can be seen:

Previously, the logging level of StreamHandler for ipa-dnskeysyncd
was restricted to INFO via `standard_logging_setup(verbose=False)`.
Thus, it was impossible to get messages having lower level.
This also sets the loglevel for ipa-dnskeysyncd to DEBUG for
troubleshooting.

Require OpenDNSSEC 2.1.6-5 with fix for RHBZ#1825812 (DAC override AVC)
Allow ipa-dnskeysyncd to connect to enforcer.sock (ipa_dnskey_t write
opendnssec_var_run_t and connectto opendnssec_t). The
opendnssec_stream_connect interface is available since 2016.
Change the owner of the ipa-ods-exporter socket to ODS_USER:ODS_GROUP.
The ipa-ods-exporter service already runs as ODS_USER.

The communication between ods-signer and the socket-activated process
has changed with OpenDNSSEC 2.1. Adapt ipa-ods-exporter to support also
the new protocol.
The internal database was also modified. Add a wrapper calling the
right code (table names hab=ve changed, as well as table columns).
With OpenDNSSEC the policy also needs to be explicitely loaded after
ods-enforcer-db-setup has been run, with
ods-enforcer policy import
The command ods-ksmutil notify must be replace with ods-enforce flush.

Replace the @PYTHONSHEBANG@ substitution with a valid #!/usr/bin/python3
shebang. This turns Python .in files into valid Python files. The files
can now be checked with pylint and IDEs recognize the files as Python
files.
The shebang is still replaced with "#!$(PYTHON) -E" to support
platform-python.

ipatests/i18n.py is no longer an executable script with shebang. The
module is not executed as script directly, but rather as

ipa-ods-exporter uses systemd socket activation. The script uses
select() to check if the socket is readable. A timeout of 0 is a bit too
aggressive. Sometimes select() doesn't consider the systemd socket as
readable. This causes ODS to fail silently
A timeout of one second seems to remove the problem. A proper error code
also signals that something went wrong.

Slots in HSM are not assigned statically, we have to chose proper
slot from token label.
Softhsm i2.2.0 changed this behavior and now slots can change over
time (it is allowed by pkcs11 standard).

* replaces usage of slot in __init__ method of P11_Helper
with label
* slot is dynamically detected from token label before
session is opened

and /var). These contexts do not support confdir overrides. Initialize
the API with an explicit confdir argument to paths.ETC_IPA.
The special contexts are:

* restore
* server
* updates
The patch also corrects the context of the ipa-httpd-kdcproxy script to
'server'.

Command "ldap-cleanup <zone name>" will remove all key metadata from
LDAP. This can be used manually in sequence like:
ldap-cleanup <zone name>
update <zone name>
to delete all key metadata from LDAP and re-export them from OpenDNSSEC.
ldap-cleanup command should be called when disabling DNSSEC on a DNS
zone to remove stale key metadata from LDAP.

Previously we published timestamps of planned state changes in LDAP.
This led to situations where state transition in OpenDNSSEC was blocked
by an additional condition (or unavailability of OpenDNSSEC) but BIND
actually did the transition as planned.
Additionally key state mapping was incorrect for KSK so sometimes KSK
was not used for signing when it should.
Example (for code without this fix):
- Add a zone and let OpenDNSSEC to generate keys.
- Wait until keys are in state "published" and next state is "inactive".
- Shutdown OpenDNSSEC or break replication from DNSSEC key master.
- See that keys on DNS replicas will transition to state "inactive" even
though it should not happen because OpenDNSSEC is not available
(i.e. new keys may not be available).
- End result is that affected zone will not be signed anymore, even
though it should stay signed with the old keys.

ldap2 internally does LDAP search to find out what LDAP search limits
should be used (!). The problem is that this internal search has hardcoded
limits and throws LimitExceeded exception when DS is too slow.
DNSSEC daemons do not need any abstractions from ldap2 so we are going
to use ipaldap directly. This will avoid the unnecessary search and
associated risks.

It might happen that systemd will restart the service even if there is
no incomming connection to service socket. In that case we want to exit
because HSM synchronization is done before socket.accept() and we want
to synchronize HSM and DNS zones at the same time.
