Christian Heimes 16e1cbdc5e LDAP autobind authenticateAsDN for BIND named
Use new nsslapd-ldapiautoauthdnattr feature to switch BIND named from
GSSAPI bind to EXTERNAL LDAPI bind.

Requires 389-DS >= 1.4.4.11 or >= 2.0.2
