Tim Taubert 4f578bfcab SSL: ngx_ssl_ciphers() to set list of ciphers. 
This patch moves various OpenSSL-specific function calls into the
OpenSSL module and introduces ngx_ssl_ciphers() to make nginx more
crypto-library-agnostic.
