i18n: Complete Swedish translation (3625/3625 strings)

- Translate all 357 previously untranslated strings
- Fix 1 duplicate entry ('on' with empty msgstr)
- Fix format string mismatch (%(provider)s)
- Total: 3625 translated strings (100% coverage)
