In case of wrong option, warn the right reason.
...
For instance, in case of `:options: +SKIPO` the message
was "missing '+' or '-' in +SKIPO option`. Now it will be
"SKIPO is not a valid option."

Move `parents`, `prev` & `next` to
*documents that are created from source files* section.
It doesnt make any sens to use them for auto-generated files like index and
search, does it?
Add documentation for `body`, `display_toc`, `metatags` and `title`.
