a997f98333 fix: keep reference if link refname was translated. refs #1193

   Keep link to ExternalSite_.

   It will translated with ``\`SomeOtherString\`_``.

bfc03b10ad Change algorithm for EpubBuilder.make_id 
The new algorithm no longer derives the id from the name (which
may contain illegal characters for ids) but uses a cache to
associate names to ids.

d1d1d9a73d Add +0000 to POT-Creation-Date 
%z sets an empty string when datetimes are "naive" (no timezone
specified), but some packages expect a timezone specifier on the
POT-Creation-Date header and will error out if it is missing
(e.g. babel's pofile.read_po).

Lifted the stdlib's UTC timezone recipe and set this explicitly, it's
not the correct timezone but at least it's a timezone.

The LocalTimezone recipe might be a better one.

ea605b9589 Closes #982: Avoid crash when writing PNG file using Python 3. 
binascii.crc32() has changed in version 3.0.
In Py2 it returns value in the range [-2**31, 2**31-1],
in Py3 in [0, 2**32-1].

This change made write_png_depth() crash with:
struct.error: 'i' format requires -2147483648 <= number <= 2147483647
