Use ``setup.py``::

   python setup.py build
   sudo python setup.py install


Reading the docs
================

After installing::

   cd doc
   mkdir -p _build/html
   sphinx-build . _build/html
   browser _build/index.html

Or read them online at <http://sphinx.pocoo.org/>.
