Convert PCI device assignment over to -device

Browse Source 
The old syntax is

  -pcidevice host=BUS:SLOT:FUNCTION

The new syntax is

  -device pci-assign,host=BUS:SLOT:FUNCTION,addr=<PCI SLOT>,id=host0
