Callers expect the return value to be the total number of vcpus in the
host (including offline vcpus). The refactor in c67e04e25f
broke this assumption by using virHostCPUGetOnlineBitmap which only
creates a bitmap long enough to hold the last online vcpu.
Report the full number of host vcpus by returning value from
virHostCPUGetCount().

Currently 'virsh perf domain' errors out as the perf nparams is
incorrectly compared against REMOTE_DOMAIN_MEMORY_PARAMETERS_MAX
instead of REMOTE_DOMAIN_PERF_EVENTS_MAX.

Currently disk names do not follow the
(regex) /^[fhv]d[a-z]+[0-9]*$/ completely
and hence one can assign disk names like
vd2 etc. This patch ensures that the
disk names follow the regex mentioned.
This patch also adds a testcase.

Although currently this is documented in virsh man page

is helful for tools using the API directly.

Currently, on every --enable perf_event command,
a new event->fd is created and counting of perf
event counter starts from zero and previous
event->fd is lost. This patch prevents this
behaviour.

This commit is similar to commit 0977ada8.The virsh manpage
lists options --uuid and --name as mutually exclusive if
option --details is specified when actually the option
--details is mutually exclusive and can't go with options
--uuid and/or --name. This patch rewords the virsh manpage
to state the correct meaning.

When setting perf events, the enabled/disabled perf events are not
listed. Since we know which events were changed it's possible to
print out the values on successful set, such as :
virsh perf Domain --enable instructions --disable cache_misses
instructions : enabled
cache_misses : disabled
Created a helper to print the messages - use the vshPrintExtra to
adhere to the --quiet|-q option being set by some script. This will
cause the get code to print nothing, but will return success/failure.

If the pool creation thread happens to detect the luns in
the scsi target, the size parameters will be calculated as
part of the refreshPool called from storagePoolCreate().
This means the virStoragePoolFCRefreshThread (commit id
'512b874') waiting to run and "refresh" the pool will
essentially double the allocation and capacity values.
A separate refresh would correct the values.
To avoid this, the FCRefreshThread needs to reinitialize
the pool size values prior to calling virStorageBackendSCSIFindLUs
which eventually calls virStorageBackendSCSINewLun and
updates the size values for each volume found.
