We are already compiling libvirt with -Wvla - so it does not make
too much sense to still allow people to use alloca() instead. Thus
put it on the list of things we want to warn about. Fortunately,
there is currently no warning with this flag, so the current
sources should be clean.

The flag has a typo in it, it's "...-than=..." and not "...-then=...",
so this was in fact never used. Since we're also using -Wvla (without
size), we should already get warnings about any variable length arrays
anyway, so the additional "-Wvla-larger-than" does not make much sense
and thus we can simply drop this.

The channel subsystem elements describe a channel in the I/O subsystem
of a s390x machine, and not a normal device (like a disk or network card).
Reword the documentation here to make it this a little bit clearer.

On s390x, devices are attached to the channel IO subsytem by default,
so we need to look up scsi controllers via their CCW address there
instead of using PCI.
This fixes "virsh domfsinfo" on s390x for virtio-scsi devices (the first
attempt from commit f8333b3b0a did it in the wrong way, reporting the
device name on the guest side instead of the target name on the host side).

Newer versions of the QEMU guest agent will provide the CCW address
of devices on s390x. Store this information in the qemuAgentDiskInfo
so that we can use this later.
We also map the CSSID 0 from the guest to the value 0xfe on the host,
see https://www.qemu.org/docs/master/system/s390x/css.html for details.

qemuAgentFSInfoToPublic() currently only sets the devAlias for PCI devices.
However, the QEMU guest agent could also provide the device name in the
"dev" field of the response for other devices instead (well, at least after
fixing another problem in the current QEMU guest agent...). So if creating
the devAlias from the PCI information failed, let's fall back to the name
provided by the guest agent. This helps to fix the empty "Target" fields
that occur when running "virsh domfsinfo" on s390x where CCW devices are
used for the guest instead of PCI devices.
Also add a proper debug message here in case we completely failed to set the
device alias, since this problem here was very hard to debug: The only two
error messages that I've seen were "Unable to get filesystem information"
and "Unable to encode message payload" - which only indicates that something
went wrong in the RPC call. No debug message indicated the real problem, so
I had to learn the hard way why the RPC call failed (it apparently does not
like devAlias left to be NULL) and where the real problem comes from.

libvirt currently silently allows <timer name="kvmclock"/> and some
other timer tags in the guest XML definition for timers that do not
exist on non-x86 systems. We should not silently ignore these tags
since the users might not get what they expected otherwise.
Note: The error is only generated if the timer is marked with
present="yes" - otherwise we would suddenly refuse XML definitions
that worked without problems before.

The "ps2" bus is only available on certain machines like x86. On
machines like s390x, we should refuse to add a device to this bus
instead of silently ignoring it.
Looking at the QEMU sources, PS/2 is only available if the QEMU binary
has the "i8042" device, so let's check for that and only allow "ps2"
devices if this QEMU device is available, or if we're on x86 anyway
(so we don't have to fake the QEMU_CAPS_DEVICE_I8042 capability in
all the tests that use <input ... bus='ps2'/> in their xml data).

libvirt currently always reports that USB is available as a bus subsystem
type when running "virsh domcapabilities". However, this is not always
true, for example the qemu-system-s390x binary normally never has support
for USB. Thus we should only report that USB is available if there is
also a USB host controller available where we can attach USB devices.

When trying to specify an input device on s390x without bus like this:
<input type='keyboard'/>
... then libvirt currently complains:
error: unsupported configuration: USB is disabled for this domain,
but USB devices are present in the domain XML
This is somewhat confusing since the user did not specify an USB
device here. Since USB is not available on s390x, we should default
to the "virtio" bus here instead.

When running virt-host-validate on an s390x host, the tool currently warns
that it is "Unknown if this platform has IOMMU support". We can use the
common check for entries in /sys/kernel/iommu_groups here, too, but it only
makes sense to check it if there are also PCI devices available. It's also
common on s390x that there are no PCI devices assigned to the LPAR, and in
that case there is no need for the PCI-related IOMMU, so without PCI devices
we should simply skip this test.
