The commands daemon-log-filters and daemon-log-outputs
are used both for getting and setting the variables.
But the getter receives an allocated string, which
we do not free.
Use separate variables for the getter and the setter
to get rid of the memory leak and to stop casting
away the const.

Some of libvirt APIs return the number of elements, but we
don't need them, only whether the API failed or not.

We use an array of size VIR_NODE_MEMORY_STATS_FIELD_LENGTH
to store the string read from sysfs, but pass unbound "%s"
to sscanf.
Make the array larger by one and simply stringify that
constant as the field width specifier.

When trying to parse an XML with overlapping iothread scheduler
settings, the error message was rather confusing:

Pass the scheduler element name instead of trying to reconstructing
it from the attribute name.
This has the benefit of not mixing '%s' with regular text in
translatable strings as well as preventing the confusion when
the 's' marking the plural in the element name ('vcpus') is taken
as a first letter of the 'sched' suffix.

virDomainThreadSchedParseHelper is used for parsing both iothread

Be less hostile to developers and run the build jobs even
if the dco-check failed. That way they can test their own
"private" branches without a sign-off.
Also specify empty `needs` for it, since it does not depend
on any of the jobs in the container phase and can be run
right away.

virFileIsAccessible does not return true on accessible
directories. Check whether it set EISDIR and only
then assume the directory is inaccessible.
Return 0 (not found) instead of 1 (found),
since the bridge driver taints the network based on
this return value, not whether the hook actually ran.
Remove the bogus check from virHookCall, since it already
checks the virHooksFound bitmap that was filled before
by virHookCheck.

places. Replace the links to their gitlab.com equivalents.
Note that GitLab is trying to be smart here and

redirects to

when doing a 'git clone' and vice-versa when visiting from the
browser, so I only kept the .git suffix in places that explicitly
mentioned 'git clone'.

The intention of these split Load*Entry functions is to prevent
virQEMUDriverConfigLoadFile from getting too large.
There's no need to signal to the caller whether an entry was found
or not, only whether there was an error.
Remove the non-standard return 1.

A failure in qemuProcessLaunch would lead to qemuExtDevicesStop
being called twice - once in the cleanup section and then again
in qemuProcessStop.
However, the first one is called while the QEMU process is
still running, which is too soon for the swtpm process, because
the swtmp_ioctl command can lock up:

Remove the first call and only leave the one in qemuProcessStop,
which is called after the QEMU process is killed.

When moving the formatting of this attributes from -drive
to -device, the QEMU_CAPS_USB_STORAGE_WERROR capability
was used, because usb-storage was the last device to gain
this capability.
However this lead to the assumption that QEMU binaries
without the usb-storage device do not support this,
leading to breakage on s390x with blockdev.

We recognize three return values from tests:
* OK -> 0
* SKIP -> EXIT_AM_SKIP
* ERROR -> anything else
Also check for EXIT_AM_SKIP when building a bitmap of failed tests,
otherwise the skipped tests would be printed in the suggested range
of tests that shoud be re-run.
