virScaleInteger() already turns a number plus a unit suffix into bytes, but every caller has to split a whole string like "10GiB" by hand via virStrToLong_ullp() first, the way virFileReadValueScaledInt() does for sysfs files. Add virStrToBytes(), which does that split once, and virConfGetValueBytes() on top of it, so a qemu.conf-style setting can accept a scaled size in one call. Named "Bytes" rather than "Size" to avoid reading as a variant of virConfGetValueSizeT()/SSizeT(), whose "T" is the C type they fill, not a unit. Add unit tests for virStrToBytes() in virstringtest.c. Signed-off-by: Denis V. Lunev <den@openvz.org> Reviewed-by: Daniel P. Berrangé <berrange@redhat.com>

Libvirt API for virtualization
==============================
Libvirt provides a portable, long term stable C API for managing the
virtualization technologies provided by many operating systems. It
includes support for QEMU, KVM, Xen, LXC, bhyve, Virtuozzo, VMware
vCenter and ESX, VMware Desktop, Hyper-V, VirtualBox and the POWER
Hypervisor.
For some of these hypervisors, it provides a stateful management
daemon which runs on the virtualization host allowing access to the
API both by non-privileged local users and remote users.
Layered packages provide bindings of the libvirt C API into other
languages including Python, Perl, PHP, Go, Java, OCaml, as well as
mappings into object systems such as GObject, CIM and SNMP.
