Add two new APIs virNetSocketNewPostExecRestart and virNetSocketPreExecRestart which allow a virNetSocketPtr object to be created from a JSON object and saved to a JSON object, for the purpose of re-exec'ing a process. As well as saving the state in JSON format, the second method will disable the O_CLOEXEC flag so that the open file descriptors are preserved across the process re-exec() Since it is not possible to serialize SASL or TLS encryption state, an error will be raised if attempting to perform serialization on non-raw sockets Signed-off-by: Daniel P. LibVirt : simple API for virtualization
Libvirt is a C toolkit to interact with the virtualization capabilities
of recent versions of Linux (and other OSes). It is free software
available under the GNU Lesser General Public License. Virtualization of
the Linux Operating System means the ability to run multiple instances of
Operating Systems concurrently on a single hardware system where the basic
resources are driven by a Linux instance. The library aim at providing
long term stable C API initially for the Xen paravirtualization but
should be able to integrate other virtualization mechanisms if needed.
