Since we no longer reformat the XSLT-transformed files, there's no need to use an external script any more. Unfortunately this hid errors from 'xsltproc' as return value was not checked and the stderr was piped into xmllints stdin. The result was that any invalid input file would result into an empty output file. Since the script's only purpose was to prevent additional temporary files at the time we were reformatting the output in a pipeline we no longer need this. Moving the generation directly into the meson definition makes it more obvious what's happening and saves readers from having to parse what's going on. A free bonus is that errors are now properly caught and reported. This patch converts the main docs/ directory for now with cleanup of other comming later. Libvirt API for virtualization
==============================
Libvirt provides a portable, long term stable C API for managing the
virtualization technologies provided by many operating systems. It
includes support for QEMU, KVM, Xen, LXC, bhyve, Virtuozzo, VMware
vCenter and ESX, VMware Desktop, Hyper-V, VirtualBox and the POWER
Hypervisor.
For some of these hypervisors, it provides a stateful management
daemon which runs on the virtualization host allowing access to the
API both by non-privileged local users and remote users.
Layered packages provide bindings of the libvirt C API into other
languages including Python, Perl, PHP, Go, Java, OCaml, as well as
mappings into object systems such as GObject, CIM and SNMP.
