#14711 Restyle tiling icons to match Maximize Windows design

Update TileWindows, TileVertically, and TileHorizontally icons to use
a flat, pastel-fill/colored-stroke style consistent with the existing
Maximize Windows icon, replacing the previous bright gradient/dot
design.
