#14741 Fix null-pointer dereference in RicPlaceThermalFractureUsingTemplateDataFeature

selectedThermalFracture() dereferenced the result of selectedItemOfType<RimWellPathFracture>() without a null check, surfaced by the command-feature enablement sweep when no fracture is selected.
