Magne Sjaastad dc4cd33c6e #12495 Refactors ensemble statistics handling 
Removes the dedicated `SUMMARY_ENSEMBLE_STATISTICS` category and instead uses a `statisticsType` field within `RifEclipseSummaryAddress` to represent ensemble statistics.

This change simplifies the code and avoids potential confusion by representing statistics as attributes of existing summary types, rather than a separate category. It also improves code robustness.

Include fix for tNavigator summary import
* Build opm-common from source
* Remove binary caching of opm-common
The caching is no longer required as a clean build takes minutes. In a previous version the build time was up to an hour on some systems.

Magne Sjaastad 2d536724bf Add custom search path for stdc++exp 
On older Linux distributions, the `libstdc++exp.a` is not part of the package system. This requires a local build of this library. Add a configuration option `RESINSIGHT_GCC_STDCPP_EXP_PATH` to be able to link with this custom library.

Magne Sjaastad 9b613ba4f0 Create a menu for each ensemble in the plot 
Create a QVariant using caf::PdmPointer, and send this variant to the feature. The feature converts the QVariant to an ensemble curve set.

Make sure the right-click menu in the summary plot shows the Create from filtered cases independent to the selection in project tree.

Do not create option items if the list is empty and the field contains a selection. This is different to other editors, but can cause a crash situation.
