Compute the depth related geometry properties (DEPTH, DX, DY, DZ, TOPS, BOTTOM) in RimCornerPointCase::createFromCoordinatesArray and replaceGridFromCoordinatesArray, matching the behavior when importing a grid from file. The computation is guarded by the same autoComputeDepthRelatedProperties preference used by the file importers.
Replace the third-party celinekurpershoek/link-checker action with a
self-contained bash step that crawls the site sitemap and validates
page status, internal links, external links (with retry) and in-page
anchors against each target page's heading ids.
The script is inlined rather than referenced from a file because the
workflow also runs on gh-pages branch pushes, where the source tree is
not available.
The countWellLogs lambda in RimWellPathCollection::loadDataAndUpdate()
declared its return type as bool, truncating the well log count to 0 or 1.
The progress max was then too low, and loading projects with two or more
well logs ran the progress value past max, triggering reportError() in
caf::ProgressInfo during regression tests.
Guard against a null case pointer in findSummaryCaseFromEclipseResultCase. The reload path passes dynamic_cast<RimEclipseResultCase*> of the case, which is null for Roff and GRDECL input cases, causing a null dereference in RimCase::gridFileName().
Reject null buffers and negative buffer sizes up front, returning false instead of risking a null dereference or hitting util_abort. The buffer-overflow protection from the upstream fix is already present via #14144; these two input-validation guards are the remaining delta.
Human-gated workflow that takes an unresolved crash signature from the
resinsight-system-doc registry, locates the real crash site in source,
proposes and build-verifies a minimal fix, then on approval files the OPM
issue, pushes a fix branch to the magnesj fork, opens the PR, and records
the outcome back on the signature. Uncertain cases get an explanatory note
instead of an issue or PR. This is step 3 of the weekly crash-triage flow.
Reuse RimColorLegendCollection::updateColorLegend in the two roff import
sites that previously deleted and recreated the legend bound to a result,
so views referencing the legend keep their binding on re-import.
Extract the rock color matching from createColorLegendMatchDefaultRockColors
into matchDefaultRockColors so the facies branch can pass matched colors to
updateColorLegend. Remove the now-unused
RimColorLegendCollection::createColorLegend.
Address review feedback on #14199: deleting and recreating the legend left
views bound to the old legend pointing at a deleted object. Add
RimColorLegendCollection::updateColorLegend and a matching UpdateColorLegend
scriptable method that mutate the existing custom legend (name and items) so
referring views keep their binding and are notified once. A new legend is only
created when none is registered for the result or the registered legend is a
standard legend.
set_discrete_property_category_names now performs a single atomic call instead
of delete + create + per-item appends. The empty-dict removal path still uses
DeleteColorLegend.
RimColorLegendCollection::deleteColorLegend erased the default-legend map
entry before looking the legend up, so findDefaultLegendForResult always
returned null and the old legend was never removed from m_customColorLegends.
Each set_discrete_property_category_names call for the same property left an
orphaned legend behind and appended a new one.
Look up the legend before erasing the map key, and guard against deleting a
standard legend that may have been registered as a default.
The table model shares one field editor handle per column across all rows.
When an edit ends, the view schedules the editor widget for deletion with
deleteLater(), but the handle's QPointer stays valid until the deferred
deletion runs. Clicking a cell in the same column of another row reused that
doomed widget as the new cell editor, so it was destroyed right after
opening and the user had to click again. Moving horizontally was unaffected
since a different column uses a different editor handle.
Cancel the pending deferred deletion before handing the widget out again,
and guard against a null editor widget.
