Magne Sjaastad 63a1dc2b35 #14175 Summary: Fix crash when deleting summary ensemble 
Delete the detached ensembles after rebuilding the connected editors instead of before. Updating the tree while the editors still referenced freed objects caused a use-after-free crash in PdmUiTreeItemEditor teardown. This matches the ordering used in caf::CmdDeleteItemExec.
