Magne Sjaastad 50009ac4d2 Use cafPdmUiButton instead of bool PdmField in multiple classes
Replace PdmField<bool> push button pattern with addNewButton() lambdas
in RiaPreferences, RiaPreferencesSummary, RicUserDefinedCalculatorUi,
RimUserDefinedPolylinesAnnotation, RimPolygonFilter, RimFractureTemplate,
RimEllipseFractureTemplate, RimMeshFractureTemplate, and
RicSummaryPlotEditorWidgetCreator.
