Magne Sjaastad a57e53db05 Fix build: declare explicit destructor for RimEclipseContourMapView ...

cvf::ref<RivContourMapProjectionPartMgr> requires the type to be complete
at the point the implicit destructor is instantiated. Declaring the
destructor and defining it in the .cpp (where RivContourMapProjectionPartMgr.h
is included) avoids the incomplete-type error on clang/gcc Linux builds.
