Silence various warnings in libECLRestart.cpp.

There are still systematic warnings that need suppression in this file:
 -Wgnu-zero-variadic-macro-arguments
 -Wformat-nonliteral
 -Wcast-align
These are too hard to fix quickly, and likely not indicating errors.
