Always #define "HAVE_AGMG".
Define the symbol to zero (false) if unavailable or unwanted. This prevents a diagnostic message concerning an undefined preprocessor symbol (i.e., "HAVE_AGMG") when used in the form #if HAVE_AGMG /* ... */ #endif
