Tor Harald Sandve 1718800e55 Add warning to c solvers when stopped wells occur
Stopped wells are treated as shut wells in the c solvers in opm-core.
I.e they are completly isolated from the domain.

Tor Harald Sandve 82eafbb510 Renaming well is shut to well is stopped.
Rename the the meaning for shut as whats used in Eclipse.
STOP: Well stopped off above the formation. I.e. allow for flow in the
well.
SHUT: Well completely isolated from the formation. The well is removed
from the well list.

Tor Harald Sandve d50ec0d4d1 Modify the well manager test as we now support stopped wells.
We no longer expect an exception when we meet stopped wells.

The given control is applied to the stopped well, and the status is set
to not open. (i.e closed, but currently named shut)

Tor Harald Sandve a59044bd93 The wellmanager test is modified to account for not adding shut wells
Shut wells are not added to the well list and the well manager test is
modified accordinly.

Tor Harald Sandve 3fe61bfb1b BUGFIX. Do not increase well index for shut wells.
Shut wells are not added to the well list and the well index should
therefore not be increased when well control is set. This is similar to
whats is done for shut wells in createWellsFromSpecs.

The comment now precisly says that Shut wells are not added instead to
the well list instead of removed.

Tor Harald Sandve 4585446e5a Fix SHUT wells
Shut wells are not added to the well list and thus not considered in the
simulator.

The shut well test in test_wellsmanager is modified to assert this
behaviour.

BUG: This change provokes an assert in the EclipeWriter as number of
wells in wellstate is different from number of wells in the schedule.

The oil pressure at the contact for the special cases:

contact	location	po(contact)
GOC 	above 	-inf
GOC 	below 	+inf
WOC 	above 	-inf
WOC 	below 	+inf

Tor Harald Sandve 193872a1fe Currectly handling GOC below and WOC above the reservoir The phase pressure of water and gas is set to inf when WOC and GOC is above and below the reservoir. This make sure the minimum saturation values are picked for these cases. 2014-08-27 10:10:55 +02:00

the reservoar
The water/gas pressure is set to -inf when woc and goc is above or below
the reservoar.

The initial Rv value is specified using the RV keyword in the Parser.
The Rv values are used in the computation of the initial surface
volumes.

Tor Harald Sandve d5b47295e3 Added pvt functionality for wetgas
The pvt interface is extended to handle wet-gas systems:
1. rvSat is added as a function in the PVT interface
2. SinglePvtLiveGas computes the pvt values and its derivatives
3. The old rbub variable is changed to rsSat for clearity
4. The new interface is tested in test_blackoilfluid with data from
liveoil.DATA and wetgas.DATA

Tor Harald Sandve c77d82a4ee Change name to initBlackoilStateFromDeckUsingRS
The second input of initBlackoilStateFromDeck that computes surface
volumes based on gas/oil ratio is changed from
BlackoilPropertiesInterface to Props. To avoid duplication with the old
initBlackoilStateFromDeck its name is changed to
initBlackoilSurfvolUsingRS.

Add new function is added that computes saturation from surface volumes
solving z = As for each cell. This function is used to compute an
intial guess to the saturations in initState_impl.hpp.
