currently, only a single case has been executed for a
given combination of an opm-data directory and a given simulator.

this will change shortly, add an optional parameter to the test
addition macro to handle this.

Arne Morten Kvarving ca2288ac37 changed: remove embedded 'parameters' namespace in ParamGroup 
inconsistent and unnecessary.

this is purely a cosmetic change, the only exception was a function with
the generic name 'split', which was renamed to splitParam to avoid confusion.
